Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) based in Frankfurt.

Your tasks

  • Strategically driving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio (multi-segment) in South Germany for our global hotel portfolio (focus on MICE, Corporate Transient and Leisure group business)
  • Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
  • Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
  • Preparing a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account
  • Identifying new prospect accounts by constant market analysis
  • Pro-actively working together in global account teams
  • Producing reports and use corresponding systems for analyzing data and preparing action plans
  • Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales Germany South


Your Skills and Experiences

  • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally in the hotel industry
  • Experience in contracting and negotiating
  • Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
  • Fluency in German and good English skills
  • Dynamic yet relaxing personality
  • Fluency in MS Office
