Your Tasks:
• Strategically driving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio (multisegment) in The Netherlands for our global hotel portfolio
• Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
• Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
• Preparing a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account
• Identifying new prospect accounts by constant market analysis
• Pro-actively working together in global account teams
• Producing reports and use corresponding systems for analyzing data and preparing action plans
• Reporting to the Country Director of Sales
Your Skills and Experiences:
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or tourism
• At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
• Experience in contracting and negotiating
• Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
• Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Energizing yet relaxing personality
• Fluency in MS Office
