We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team led by Executive Head Chef, Philippe Farineau.
Desired Culinary Skills & Qualifications Criteria:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a multi outlet operation. Experience in a 4 or 5 star establishment is a plus.
• To prepare and produce food for your section, adhering to the recipe and standard presentation of all dishes, demonstrating skill and attention to detail
• To be responsible for the day to day running of your section and all staff working in your section also.
• To be aware of all events taking place onsite, ensuring that you pre-plan dishes appropriately to the agreed standard, while being mindful of stock control etc.
• To plan your time effectively in order to carry out your responsibilities in the most efficient manner.
• To maintain a good working relationship with all kitchen and restaurant staff.
• To be familiar with modern trends in cooking and to input ideas and suggestions for improvements and/or new dishes for your section.
• To adhere to Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations and monitor Commis Chef’s compliance.
The ideal candidate for the Demi Chef de Partie position will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and have excellent communication skills. This is a full time position, the successful candidate would need to be available to work five days a week between Monday and Sunday.
Key responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie will include:

• To adhere to Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations and monitor Commis Chef’s compliance

• Have a passion about food and an interest in working within a Fine Dining Environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
