Key responsibilities of the Sous Chef will include:
Uphold and consistently execute all kitchen SOPs and standards.
Support the Executive Head Chef in leading the brigade and delivering top-quality dishes.
Assist with smooth daily kitchen operations, cost control, and achieving target GP.
Maintain exceptional food quality, hygiene, HACCP compliance, and uniform standards.
Manage stock, minimise waste, and ensure top-quality purchasing.
Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and well maintained.
Foster positive team relations and provide effective training.
Provide every guest with exceptional, 5-star service and attention.
