Lampert Hospitality, Austin Proper offers 244 rooms and suites, a dedicated spa

Job Overview
• Assists the Events team in the day-to-day
servicing of conference and/or convention groups
• Responds to inquiries and refers guest/clients
to the appropriate Sales & Events Manager as necessary; ensures timely
follow up on the same business day
• Provides administrative support to the Events
Manager
• Assists in coordinating all details with the
Events Manager while groups are in house
• Communicates with all hotel departments as
appropriate. Ensures prompt attention to time sensitive requests by hotel
colleagues
• Facilitates tasks or requests as asked by
guests such as; room set-ups and audio visual, etc.
• Attends daily Banquet Event Order (BEO) and
other meetings as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 1-2 years administrative support experience,
additional hotel front desk experience is preferred
• Must be self-directed, motivated and
demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills
• Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in
all interactions
• Has exceptional attention to detail,
organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced
work environment.
• Is technologically savvy, with a working
knowledge of Microsoft Office, Delphi, HIS/Epitome and Opera Preferred.
Education
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree
preferred
