Job overview
• Receiving and organization of all orders purchased within the hotel
• Organization of monthly inventory, spreadsheets and order guides
• Verify the quantity, quality, condition and type of all hotel goods received and match with hotel invoices
• Resolve any foreseen shipping and/or receiving issues
• Assist in ordering food and beverage and room operation goods
• Assist in additional projects outlined by the Purchasing Manager
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a similar position in Hotel/Restaurant operations

Organizational skills are required to maintain records, inventories, and
storerooms
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced
environment
•
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and approach hotel staff and vendors with
professional courtesy
• Ability to work flexible schedule - willing
and able to work shift duties that may include events, nights, weekends and
holidays
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
