Description
Avalon Beverly Hills is seeking a full time or part time Human Resources Coordinator who is professional, pro-active, and detail-oriented to assist with Accounting, HR, and Operations tasks. With a much heavier focus on HR tasks, with slight assistance to Accounting and Operations as needed. Must be highly organized and comfortable communicating with all levels of management. Tasks will range from filing and keeping records in order, preparing documents, communicating with teams, ordering and organizing various items, etc.

Job Overview
• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, take messages and handle inquiries independently as needed
• Welcome and assist visitors
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls and prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
• Attend Colleague meetings, take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items
• Prepare and process business expense reports
• Compose and facilitate email communications to colleagues and business partners
• Assist with the development of announcements, memos and PowerPoint presentations
• Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed

Qualifications
• Prior experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
