Spa Supervisor

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience while achieving sales revenue targets.
Located inside the Avalon Hotel, The Estrella Spa has 6 treatment rooms with hydraulic massage tables and all the latest skin care equipment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and management team
• Supervise customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
• Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• Experience working in the spa industry
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Experience:
• spa supervisor: 2 years (Required)
• upscale hotel/resort spa or luxury day spa: 1 year (Required)
• general spa: 3 years (Required)
