MS RESTAURANT CLUB is a group that has set out to establish a new concept of upscale restaurants that embrace modern Greek cuisine while offering a lively, party atmosphere. The group is beginning its journey in the heart of West Hollywood with Baiana. Baiana aims to delight and entertain guests through exceptional Mediterranean-style dishes that come with show-like presentations, unique cocktails, a live DJ, and an atmosphere that encourages guests to get up and dance.

No stranger to the nightlife scene, MS RESTAURANT CLUB’s Max Simon, entrepreneur and Real Estate developer, is seeking a new adventure with a vision that is sure to actively inspire restaurant guests. Having spent most of his life traveling around the world, Max was fortunate to absorb life’s beauties by way of language, culture, art and cuisine, and he hopes to bring that to life through his restaurant. The food served will be modern Greek cuisine. Baiana is located in the heart of Los Angeles, just one minute away from The Grove, and has the capacity of 100 people. The menu composed by the chef will be accompanied by entertaining visuals for the guests.

Candidate Requirements

.At least a year as a waiter in Los Angeles, California

. As been working in prestigious establishments before.

· Most dishes are served with visual presentations, so the candidate must be presentation oriented.

. Extremely clean person.

· You are easy going, creative and have a sense of humor.

· You relate to European culture.

· You are comfortable in the nightlife scene and a youthful spirit.
