We are looking for a  Sous Chef to join the team at Balthazar part of Caprice Holdings.

The Sous Chef has the control and responsibility of ensuring the brigade is working as one, mentoring across all levels creating a stable and honest working environment. Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and the Head Chef in daily tasks and running the operation comfortably in their absence, this requires longevity and large team exposure.

You will be leading a large brigade of chefs, priding themselves on pace and attention to detail, whilst creating a wide selection of the finest beef, shellfish, and seasonal game. dishes using the best ingredients and delivering exceptional quality for our guests.
