Balthazar Boulangerie
We are looking for an enthusiastic Boulangerie Shop Assistant for Balthazar Boulangerie next to Balthazar Restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.
Balthazar Boulangerie offers a wide selection of artisan breads, homemade pastries, salads and sandwiches to take away or eat in. In addition we provide a delivery service throughout the day within the local area and can also cater for large events.
As Boulangerie Shop Assistant you will work as part of a small, energetic team who pride themselves on the product they are selling and providing the highest levels of customer service.
To be a successful Boulangerie Shop Assistant you will:
• Ideally have previous experience working in a high quality bakery / boulangerie / deli providing counter service
• Enjoy providing the highest levels of customer service
• Ideally have basic food safety and health and safety knowledge
• Have an interest in the product and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills
• Be an effective team player with high energy and a passion for service
