A strong, steady, and detail oriented leader that motivates through action and solves problems through teaching and coaching, the Operations Manager keeps his/her team performing at its peak by creating an environment where each person is given their best chance for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruiting / Team Building - finding the best talent and giving them their best shot at success
• Inspiring - instilling pride and purpose in each team member
• Training - giving team members the tools and knowledge they need to be great
• Coaching - give team members the motivation and strength to consistently perform at their peak
• Daily Operations - keeping FOH / BOH at peak performance in efficiency and quality
• Financial Controls - using numbers to evaluate performance and deliver on financial objectives
• Marketing and Promotions - telling the Baohaus story to as many people as possible

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Must love Baos - must be passionate about what we do and what we stand for
• Track record of success - understands the work it takes to be successful
• Analytical - naturally analytical, using numbers, knowledge, and facts to evaluate situations.
• Intelligent - shows desire to find most efficient and logical ways of achieving goals
• Desire for Excellence - is genuinely passionate about being good at what they do
• LA Food Truck experience
• Compassionate - must want to teach and lead people

SKILLS
• Track record of strong BOH and FOH experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Assistant Management role
• Fluent in P&L / Financial Controls
• I Food Handler's Certificate
• AA/undergraduate degree or equivalent restaurant/industry experience
