Barca - A new Italian restaurant from Victor Rallo and Chef Dave Pasternack (ESCA) under executive chef Josh Laurano (Del Posto, Babbo, La Sirena) & General Manager John Gorga

This fine dining restaurant focuses on home made pasta, crudo, and all types of seafood. We feature a constantly changing menu, large wine list and craft cocktail program, harbor views, and outdoor. Applicants should be highly motivated and ambitious, and have a strong team focused work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Our bar program focuses on unique craft cocktails with Italian roots, using traditional Italian ingredients, spirits, and techniques, our cocktail program runs seasonally, taking inspiration from the freshest local ingredients available, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winning wine program, our bar program serves as the intro to the Barca experience, laying groundwork for the amazing experience that comes with it.
