SUMMARY: A Garde Manger, is a culinary professional specializing in the preparation and presentation of cold foods and dishes. They are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including preparing salads, hors d'oeuvres, and other cold items, as well as managing food storage and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·       Cold Food Preparation

·       Food Presentation

·       Food Storage and Safety

·       Inventory Management

·       Kitchen Hygiene

·       Collaboration and Communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Proven experience in cold kitchen operations a la carte – Dressings, Salad, Dessert's plating.

·       Able to work independently

·       Able to handle high volumes under pressure
