Basquiat's Bottle is an arts and creative space in Brooklyn serving a craft cocktail menu and an elevated tapas menu of bar comfort food. Please check us on instagram to catch the vibe (insta: @basquiatsbottle). 

We are looking to hire two talented cooks for our growing back of the house team. We are expanding our food service hours to include lunch and brunch service.  Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently. Following DOH standards is a must.

AM and PM positions are available, full time and part time. 
Ideal candidate will have (or will get within 30 days of hire) the NYC Food Protection Certificate. 

AM PREP & LUNCH COOK or PM LINE COOK:
• Minimum of 1 year experiencing as a Line Cook
• Able to maintain a clean work station
• Able to follow recipes and instructions
• Advanced knife skills
• Team Oriented
• Food Knowledge with eagerness to participate in Menu development
