Description
Beasts & Bottles in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced manager for a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.

You will join a team of seasoned professionals who have worked at some of the top restaurants in the world including Michael Mina, The French Laundry, Daniel, Atera, Le Bernardin, Jean-Georges, Alain Ducasse's Louis XV, Pierre Gagnaire's Sketch as well as get the opportunity to work with a Master Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated and effective at working in a fast paced team environment. We are looking for a seasoned employee who has worked their way up in the restaurant industry and who shares our passion for food, wine, and great service with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and have the desire to better their knowledge in a team environment.

Main responsibilities will be managing the floor, maintaining service standards and training as well as assisting with private events and large party bookings.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years experience in a busy, chef-driven atmosphere.
