ABOUT THE ROLE
In our Manhattan location we are making cheese and offering prepared food in a casual café, as well as selling cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods. Downstairs The Cellar is our 85 seat rustic American cocktail and wine bar. Our place is beautiful; the menu is simple, rustic New American using only high-quality ingredients. We are approachable excellence. The Cellar is part of Sugar Mountain, where we care deeply about the health, well-being and culinary delight of our customers. We call this our Pure Food Commitment.
We are looking for PT bussers to join our exceptional team at our NYC location.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Reliable with a sense of pride in providing outstanding guest service
• A supportive and positive attitude and a willingness to help out when help is needed, including additional requests for teamwork support
