In our Manhattan location we are making cheese and offering prepared food in a casual café, as well as selling cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods. Our place is beautiful; the menu is simple, rustic New American using only high-quality ingredients. The Cellar at Beecher’s is part of Sugar Mountain, where we care deeply about the health, well-being and culinary delight of our customers. We call this our Pure Food Commitment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking high-energy, food-focused bartender to join our team at The Cellar restaurant, serving modern American fare and creative signature cocktails. This role is Part Time for 3-4 shifts per week.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years' experience with making craft cocktails
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings

NICE TO HAVE
- Background or familiarity with pure, all-natural foods and ingredients
- Demonstrate strong communication skills being part of a team
