In our Manhattan location we are making cheese and offering prepared food in a casual café, as well as selling cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods. Our place is beautiful; the menu is simple, rustic New American using only high-quality ingredients. The Cellar at Beecher’s is part of Sugar Mountain, where we care deeply about the health, well-being and culinary delight of our customers. We call this our Pure Food Commitment.
We are looking for a FULL TIME LINE COOK to join our amazing and talented team. Our restaurant boasts a full "New-American" menu; an all domestic cheese, wine, and beer list; and unique cocktail list. We move quickly but pride ourselves on giving stellar customer service and creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years' experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant as a line cook.
• 1+ years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Be punctual, efficient, and maintain a clean work station.
• Follow proper procedures for food safety.
