Description
We are looking for a part time intern / entry level graduate for a high volume craft beer bar / restaurant in the times square area. Candidates must be personable, reliable and passionate about the hospitality industry. Must have flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

The Floor manager must manage the employees present within the restaurant at all times, ensuring every customer gets greeted and treated with the very best service, food and experience possible.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Help to train, develop, schedule and manage efficiently all of the Front of House Staff.
- Ensuring the floor is clean & set up correctly.
- Must have great floor presence. Touch tables and actively engage with customers. Attend to any problems that may arise.
- Manage reservations and help seat guests.
- Ability to properly communicate to FOH and BOH staff as well as report in detail to the General Manager and Owners on a daily basis.

Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in NYC
- Excellent knowledge of craft beer, food & wines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, attentive to details & focused under pressure.
- Extremely personable & professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & POS systems.
