Benjamin Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic experienced Manager. Our restaurant group has a large following, celebrating 12 years in business with our first location (Benjamin Steakhouse) and owns/operates three other properties in the New York metro area. We are excited to welcome a new member to our growing team to help lead and contribute to the success of our business.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of management experience in fine dining
• Ability to work in a high-volume high-stress work environment, while maintaining and executing exceptional customer service standards
• Solid understanding of customer service and offer great attention to detail
• Team leader, supportive to front of house staff and establishing highest service standards to patrons
• Strong verbal communication skills
• POS (Aloha), Excel, Open Table knowledge
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
