Description

The Kickstart Back of House will consistently deliver the Benugo difference to all customers through providing high quality products, whilst applying health & safety practices and standards, and control of stock and wastage levels.
General duties are:
- Deliver exceptional product at all times
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out in a timely manner
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
- Arrange equipment and ingredients deliveries
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organised
- Consistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain high standards of punctuality, attendance and personal presentation
- Support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
- Actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals
- Maintaining up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures
Who we are looking for:
Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essentials. |
