Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working Junior Sous who can join the family. Sadly our restaurants closed due to national restrictions but we'd still love to meet you (virtually!). The successful candidate will be expected to start after our restaurants are open. 

As a Mowgli Junior Sous Chef you will:

• Work with fresh ingredients in a brand-new kitchen
• Be a guardian of morale helping us keep Mowgli kitchens happy and motivated
• Be trained and developed with the aim to you becoming a Mowgli Head Chef. With our Mowgli Career Tree, we'll help you climb to the top!

In its train station setting the team effortlessly serve the commuters (looking for a curry in a hurry!) alongside the most special of occasions.

Everyone in the senior management team has progressed from within to their role and you’ll often find someone in this site training for a new open or promotion.
