The Role
Bistrotheque is looking to recruit a Bartender to work Thursday through Sunday. You'll be expected to manage and control your section of the bar and inspire the junior team. We offer a structured environment for a bar professional to step into + deliver great service + earn good money.
Details
Earning potential £19 per hour
Thursday to Sunday, 35 to 40 hours (potential for extra hours but no obligation)
E2, very close to Cambridge Heath overground and a short walk to Bethnal Green tube
6 weeks holiday, 4 of which are to be taken in August each year
About Bistrotheque
Bistrotheque opened in 2004 and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect.
About You
Cocktail experience, common sense, enthusiasm, an appetite to progress, and enjoy working in a team. Capable of following a structured opening, service and closing routine.
