Description
The Role
  • Chef de Partie at Bistrotheque — a simple modern brasserie tucked down a side street in Bethnal Green. We work with fresh ingredients to deliver an a la carte menu to our loyal customers.  We offer a structured work environment.  Our ethos is speedy, precise, charming and knowledgeable.
Details
  • £17.44 per hour total package
  • 40 hours per week (extra hours available for events)
  • Mix of service, prep and events shifts
  • 6 weeks paid holiday per year
  • Refer a friend bonus from day one
  • Five days on, two consecutive days off
  • Wagestream for early access to your pay as you earn it, any time.
  • 30% off in the restaurant when you dine with friends
  • Training in Food Safety and Health & Safety to Level 3, WSET Wine Training.
