Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for Sous chefs and Senior CDPs to join us at Blacklock.

We are seeking Senior Chefs who are people focused and enjoy cooking the very best produce in the UK to a very high standard and genuinely care about the quality of food leaving our kitchens being the best it can be.

We are searching for passionate Chefs who have experience of high volume busy restaurants and cooking over live fire (charcoal or wood).

Can you maintain the quality and take care of the people at the same time?
