Description
Bouchon Bakery is seeking an inspiring and dedicated hospitality leader to join our team as General Manager.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of proven management experience in a fast casual, gourmet food market, or other similar retail environment. Within our properties, experience alone isn’t enough, as we are seeking individuals who have the ability to lead and inspire others by modeling the right service behaviors. Wonderful advancement opportunities available.

Incumbent will have full P & L responsibility for the bakery operations, assemble and maintain a high performing service team, and be responsive to ways to improve the guest experience.

Our goal is to create a partnership with our team in delivering great guest experiences while producing some of the finest quality food. We achieve this through a culture founded on a set of core values and one rich in professional development opportunities.
