Boutros is a New American/Middle Eastern restaurant with an emphasis on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
We are looking for people who share both our passion for warm and genuine hospitality and strong knowledge of food and drink. Experience in fine dining is preferred, but not necessary. Candidates should display an eagerness to learn and be able to demonstrate growth in previous positions held.
Must have attention to detail and able to follow instructions. Open kitchen, so cleanliness and ability to follow DOH standards a must.
Line Cook/Brunch Cook/Prep Cook:
• Minimum of 1 year experiencing as a Line Cook
• Able to maintain a clean work environment
• Able to follow recipes and instruction from the Exec. Chef and Sous Chef
• Advanced knife skills
• Team Oriented
• Food Knowledge with eagerness to participate in Menu development
• Looking to grow in the Hospitality Industry
• Ability to work both Brunch and/or Dinner Service Schedules
• Part Time and Full Time Schedule Available
