Assistant Bar Manager

This is an operations role that requires flexibility and the need for the right candidate to think on their feet. Assisting the Bar Manager and completing their duties in their absence, you will ideally have similar experience in operating a high-volume business that may include working previously in bar/nightclub/stadium/events venues. Knowledge of licensing law, stock management and a personal licence are required.

Reporting to the Bar Manager you will be responsible for:

· Liaising with the Bar Manager and dealing with any operational concerns

· Effective shift management of the bar teams

· Monitoring and adhering health and safety systems

· Creating a positive image and environment and enhancing all working relationships

· Exceptional standards of customer service and due diligence

· Driving team engagement and reward & recognition

· Monitoring and impacting stock monitoring processes

· Open and Close duties of all the bar areas

· Sign-off of Epos systems

· Team training and development
