The role…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. Our team mostly work on a 4 day week and we love to see them use their skills and passions on our specials!

You will need to be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food allergen and hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential. Banquetting experience is also a plus!
