Description
Canal Street Oysters is a grand American oyster bar located at the corner of Canal Street and West Broadway where SoHo meets Tribeca and serves an extensive raw bar and full menu of seafood-focused food and drink is now hiring seasoned BUSSERS & RUNNERS.
Our team is actively recruiting dedicated future team members that have flexible schedules with the ability to work nights and weekends. Team members must have a strong passion for food & beverage. Our menus will be sourcing the most sustainable product available including a natural wine program, seafood centric food menu and craft beer & cocktails. We are seeking BUSSERS & RUNNERS that have had experience with these products.
Our restaurant spans two floors and 200 seats including 30 bar seats and we anticipate our dining room to be lively and energetic. Strong communication skills are a must and ability to move quickly and multitask are of importance.
Our bar team must have the following abilities:
-have worked in a similar high volume restaurant.
-ability perform under pressure while maintaining a cool, calm demeanor.
-ability to carry glassware, ice, cases of wine up and down stairs
-you must be confident in your abilities to work in a fast pace environment
