Head Bartender
Description
Bua's the best bar in the East Village for cold beer, honest drinks, and great bar food is looking for a head bartender to help lead our team!
Responsibilities:
• Bar shifts: anticipating and understanding the needs of guests and providing stellar service
• Provide support and oversight to all FOH, BOH, and security staff during their shifts
• Developing bar staff: maintain high energy and drive amongst team members, improve training programs
• Enforcing health and safety rules behind the bar
• Maintain quality and standards of Bua food, drink, service, and atmosphere
A friendly, outgoing, and organized demeanor is essential for this position well as a strong work ethic and ability to self-manage alongside a strong team of co-workers. High volume experience necessary. Late night and weekend availability is a must.
