This is the perfect role for someone who wants to progress into a Senior Sous Chef role.
Junior Sous Chef
Duties for the role include
- Managing the team on shift
- Ensuring staff ready for service, with correct set up and prep - Running the pass during service
- Training new staff members
- Working with head chef on new dishes & development
- Troubleshooting recipes, ensuring consistency across the board
- Quality checking food at pass
- Being organised and proactive in and out of service times
- Learning about our seasonal menu
- Positive energy
- A passion for being a part of the Bubala team
