Description

Reporting into the Managing Director, the Projects Manager will be Instrumental in helping us on our journey to be come world leaders in lobsters, and pioneers in Burgers. The Project Manager Is instrumental in delivering multiple, simultaneous projects for the company. You will lead the planning process, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure your projects are managed on time, within budget, and within the briefs given.


 The role.

  • Coordination and management throughout the lifecycle of projects: rollout plans, establishing go-live criteria, assigning 'owners' to each stage, issue tracking and resolving and ensuring key stakeholders are kept appraised throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Creates and documents clear project briefs, plans, milestones, scope and resource requirements
  • Clarifies requirements and agrees clear success criteria and measurement protocols
  • Provides costs and time estimates in all projects within their remit
  • Responsible for the property strategy, which underpins the overarching business strategy
  • Strong understanding of property leasing, acquisitions and disposals
  • Undertake feasibility studies in relation to new site acquisitions
  • Project manage new openings and other development projects
  • Responsible for the negotiation of rates, rent and service charge, for all current and future property agreements
  • Analysis of budgets to Identify opportunities for saving and in turn ROI
  • Oversee the design and build of future new sites and refurbishment programme in conjunction with the operational team and external consultants (where required) to ensure the delivery of the project in-line with the brief, timescales and budget
  • Negotiate and review lease terms and documentation on behalf of the company
  • Ensue the effective management of the company's assets

Your previous experience & ability. 

  • Seasoned in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willingness to take responsibility and drive projects forward without close supervision
  • Ability to control costs while ensuring the delivery of quality - maximising ROI
  • Ability to hold parties responsible for their actions
  • Experience with property acquisitions and disposals
  • New openings and transformation experience
  • Experienced in undertaking feasibility studies and analysis in order to drive informed decision making
  • Technical understanding and ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project planning skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
