Busser

 The Busser is responsible for supporting the servers in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, the following, other duties may be assigned as necessary:

§  Set and re-set tables with clean linens and silverware.

§  Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from the tables.

§  Clear and clean tables.

§  Opening and closing sidework as directed.

§  Proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, restrooms.

§  Although the Busser typically works in the dining room assisting the server, there may be times when a Busser will be assigned to the bar to assist the barback or bartender.

Qualifications:

§  High Scholl diploma, GED or equivalent.

§  Previous experience helpful, but not necessary.

§  Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting liquor boxes and standing for long hours.

§  Strong knowledge of menu items.

§  Will to work day shifts, swing shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

§  Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
