 The Marketing coordinator will be responsible for responding, escalating, and helping to resolve any and all issues that arise within the social and digital platforms for BurgerFi (including website, phone, social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), store reviews (Google Business, Yelp, Facebook). In addition, they will also respond to positive comments or inquires to make sure BurgerFi is viewed as an engageable brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Customer Care strategy for all feedback channels, including website, phone, social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), restaurant reviews (Google Business, Yelp, Facebook)
  • Partners with Support Office departments, particularly IT, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Operations, proactively to identify and troubleshoot issues that prompt customer complaints/inquiries.
  • Manages the Customer Care Knowledge database with the creation of standard messages for trending topics, which have been routed through the appropriate channels for review/approval
  • Manages and resolves escalated issues as applicable; escalates sensitive issues through the appropriate protocol
  • Responsible for timely engagement with every single customer review on Yelp, Google Business, Trip Advisor, Website, Email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (includes all sentiments; positive, neutral or negative”  
  • Setup all Social channels, reporting, review sites for any new location that opens
  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager with new restaurant opening marketing materials, including coordination of opening day activities, point of purchase materials and setting up emails and social media campaigns.
  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager with fulfillment of fundraising donation inquiries as well as with the coordination of in-restaurant Dine & Donate activities
