Four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Plumber to join our Maintenance Team.


Duties will include completing all necessary reactive plumbing across our four hotels, which may include.

  • Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
  • Detect needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment following established inspection
  • Respond to emergency calls as needed procedures.
  • Scheduled PPM across the hotels
  • Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
  • Flexibility to cover Handyman roles
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Scheduled PPM across the hotels

Qualifications and Experience:

  • PIRB Certificate
  • 2 - 4 years working experience
  • Hospitality background preferred
