Sommelier

 We are looking for talented Sommeliers to join our growing team at Caprice Holdings, which include some of London’s most iconic restaurants such as Scott’s, Sexy Fish, 34 Mayfair and J Sheekey’s. As well as opportunities in our current restaurants we are also looking ahead to some exciting new openings planned for later this year.

As a Sommelier you will work closely with the Head Sommelier and Front of House team, you will recommend and sell wines to our guests that will complement their tastes and menu choices. You will have the opportunity to participate in trade and in house trainings and tastings and help on developing the wine list.

Working in our restaurants guarantees day-to-day exposure to a diverse range of some of the world’s finest wines and provides a fantastic opportunity to increase your knowledge and develop your skills as a Sommelier.

The perfect candidate will possess:
• WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification (preferred but not essential)
• A professional attitude, be an excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• A good command of the English language
