Description

 Caprice Holdings encompasses London’s favourite restaurants, from some of the oldest and most classic establishments in London to its most exciting and innovative ones.

Although each restaurant in the Caprice Holdings is very different, they share a devotion to quality, demonstrated in the sourcing, seasonality, preparation and presentation of their food and drink, in the imagination of their design and in the warmth and skill of their service.

The Marketing Manager role will involve being an ambassador for these signature restaurants such as Scott’s, Daphne’s, Sexy Fish, 34 Mayfair, Balthazar and J Sheekey, as well as The Ivy's luxury brands such as The Ivy West Street and The Ivy Club, Harry’s Dolce Vita, Harry’s Bar along with new openings

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will be to understanding the local community and identifying key opportunities for engagement to ensure each site is aware of current patterns, trends and events within their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the creation and delivery of innovative yearly marketing plans
  • Understand the commercial challenges and opportunities for each site and adapt the activity to suit the needs of the business
  • Work with the PR team on delivery for media outreach for each site
  • Work with the social media manager with building a content plan for each site with a focus on engagement
  • Responsible for the creation of online and offline marketing collateral to support key activations
  • Post campaign reporting with a focus on ROI that meet KPIs
  • Manage the restaurant websites and ensure all channels are updated
  • Work effectively with the operations teams to deliver onsite marketing activity
  • Ensure strong awareness and knowledge of each market and competitors
  • Work with the data agency to create customer profiles by site, identify new markets and opportunities with key audiences and create activity to target each sector
  • Implementation of a marketing strategy that engages the corporate audience, with a focus on private dining
  • Leading on potential new openings
  • Work as part of the marketing team to support with creative idea generation
  • Ensure a strong events calendar is in place per site
  • Identify brand partnerships with like-minded brands to increase brand profile
  • Writing engaging and on-brand copy for individual sites for both print and digital


Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a marketing role
  • Luxury brand experience
  • A strong interest in the London dining scene
  • Creative thinker with proven history of campaign management
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on delivering to tight deadlines
  • Well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong copywriting skills
  • Experience of using CMS
