As the Payroll/AP Clerk my primary functions included:<br> * Download and print 100+ service technician time sheets on a weekly basis<br> * Review and calculate the time sheets by travel time and work time<br> * Verify travel time via Geotab and work time via work tickets in ESC<br> * Verify sick & vacation hours<br> * Enter appropriate hours into iSolve/Payday Workforce Solutions system<br> * Verify Payroll Register against original time cards to insure accuracy<br> * Print manual checks for terminations, Per Diems etc.<br> * Run reports as needed for the Controller & CFO<br> * Answer employee questions as needed in a timely manner<br> * Verify receipts match Reimbursement Forms prior to processing<br> * Code invoices per Purchase Order data<br> * Enter invoice data into Quick Books for payment<br> * Review statements to insure invoices have been received from the vendor, coded and entered into<br> Quick Books.<br> * Filing
