Looking for Bar/Restaurant/Hotel General Manager in Tulum Mexico!
Opportunity of a Life Time!
Looking for someone who's willing to relocate to Tulum, Mexico to be the primarily General Manager of a Popular Hotel/Bar/Restaurant located directly on the beach. Please see details below, serious inquiries only please. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.
Duties include but not limited to:
RESTAURANT/BAR
-Accountability
-Maintenance
-Doing what needs to be done that you see fit or hiring people to do it.
-Managing staff
-Making sure workers show up on time and perform duties.
-Make list for product that needs to be ordered and possibly go shopping for product.
-Customer Service
-Organizing events like weddings, large parties etc.
HOTEL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Check in guests and escort them to their room
-Make sure rooms are cleaned and utilities are in working order.
-Making sure grounds are kept clean, and pool is in working order.
-Hiring/Training maids
Basically we are looking for someone who wants to run and manage a hotel/restaurant with owner-like responsibilities and are willing to compensate for it.
-2 options available are either you can find your own room or we can provide a room/casita for you.
