Catch Hospitality Group, who own and operate Catch with locations in NY, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas as well as Lexington Brass are excited to be opening our newest concept Catch Steak. We will be holding an open call for ALL Front of House positions Monday - Saturday July 8th - 26th from 12pm - 7pm daily. The open call location is 413 West 14th St. We ask that you have at least 2yr experience and can handle high volume in a calm and professional manner. Catch Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Reservation Office Manager. Manager will work with the Executive Team, Reservation Manager and operations team to ensure the office is managed properly and efficiently. Under the direction of the Reservation Manager the Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the reservation office, while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to company policies and procedures, as stated in Employee Handbook.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, creating and maintaining client relationships, as well as other hospitality duties.

Demonstrate and promote the company culture, with consistency.

Ensures that shifts are carried out in accordance with company policy.

Supervises personnel according to established personnel policies and procedures.

Assists in training and evaluating all reservations personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures.

Handles customer complaints with respect and grace under pressure.

Promotes positive professional employee relations at all times.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

Promote teamwork within the office, creating a positive work environment.

Treat every customer, employee and vendor with respect and dignity.

Ensure the highest levels of organization are maintained in the office at all times, without exception.

Document and file departmental attendance, staff warnings, suspensions and terminations in accordance with company policies and handbook.

Weekly Reservations Scheduling.

Management and ordering of office supplies.

Management of reservation book and working closely with MD to maximize covers.

Perform other job related activities as required or assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
Desired Candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, preferably with a background in an upscale casual or fine-dining restaurant.

Proficient in all aspects of reservation systems.

Effective style of management promoting a team atmosphere.

Ability to inspire staff to achieve their potential

May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally

Possess a proven track record for guest satisfaction

Excellent multi-tasking skills and working well under pressure with a smile amidst a busy atmosphere.

Qualified candidates will be service minded, eloquent, quick thinking, polished and calm under pressure when handling guests.

Dynamic, outgoing personality
Proactive, self-starter and solutions expert

Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in marketing and sales is a plus.

Candidate must be well versed in Microsoft Office, Opentable, SevenRooms and POS systems.

Candidate's must possess good work ethic and integrity
