Description

CAVA is a rapidly expanding line of packaged Greek & Mediterranean-inspired dips and spreads. Born out of our full-service and fast-casual restaurants, our chef-driven packaged product line has become a fan favorite through close partnership with Whole Foods Market and other fine retailers.

As an Inventory and Logistics Associate, you will contribute to CAVA’s success, receiving and off-loading truckloads of incoming raw materials, maintaining an organized warehouse, picking and packing ordered and transporting truckloads of finished goods between local facilities.

As an Inventory and Logistics Associate, you will:
• Receive incoming deliveries and properly warehouse raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of docks, dry warehouse and cold storage rooms.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished good storage locations.
• Support minor maintenance of dock and material handling equipment.
• Using generated work orders, select raw materials from warehouse locations and deliver to processing floor. Maintain documentation as required.
• Pick, pack and palletize outgoing orders and load outbound trucks. Maintain documentation as required.
• Safely transport finished goods to partner facilities in refrigerated straight trucks.
• Support operations in partner facilities, including, overseeing post-process packaging, periodic inventory counts and inbound/outbound product coordination.

Our Inventory and Logistics Associate will need:
• 2+ years experience working in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Food manufacturing/warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to converse with team members in both English and Spanish preferred
• Maryland DOT card or ability to attain one within 30 days of hiring
