Description

We are currently looking for a Distribution Administrator to join our central revenue team at Red Carnation Hotels. 


Shifts/times: Flexible between 8am – 6:30pm Mon-Fri (8 hours per day). Office based role.

What are we looking for in a Distribution Administrator?
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel...)
  • Previous reservations experience in either Hotels, OTA’s or Travel Agents
  • Knowledge on hotel, revenue & 3rd party related systems
  • High level of attention to detail & organisational skills 
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English

What are the key responsibilities of a Distribution Administrator?

  • Maintaining and updating all third-party extranet sites
  • Ensure all rates/promotions are loaded across all channels
  • Assist in the auditing of 3rd party sites to maintain room & rate parity in line across all channels/hotels
  • Maintain correspondence of each 3rd party program that the hotels have signed up to
  • Compile 3rd party reports for revenue and hotel teams
