Chanson New York, NY is looking for one FOH supervisor to join our 48 people strong team. We are located on 20 W 23 Rd Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
-Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
-Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
-Proactively assist fellow staff members
-Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
-Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Qualifications
-Ability to listen and communicate effectively
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Previous experience in a management role
