Description
WHO:
We are looking for a part -time central reservationist to be part of our central reservations team based at ABode Chester, who smiles when they are on the phone! Hours and days of work can be discussed and agreed at interview stage.
THEY SHOULD:
- Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team
- Be personable and engaging when taking bookings for our ABode group of hotels, and supporting our other properties in the group
- Have the ability to deliver great customer service and work in a busy office environment
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be committed to their own personal development
- Be confident using IT
WHERE:
Our central reservations team is based at ABode Chester, supporting ABode Hotels and other properties within the group. With unparalleled views of England's oldest working racecourse, the contemporary 85-bedroom ABode Chester is located in the heart of the city and has a modern, stylish and sophisticated design, making it a joy to work in.
