Part-time Driver - Corporate Office

Now Hiring a PART-TIME DRIVE for our Corporate Office Courier Team!

You'll have one regularly scheduled shift per week on Thursdays:

• Shift runs approximately 12 noon – 6:30/7:00 PM, dependent on traffic
• Occasional coverage of additional shifts when full-time driver is on vacation
• You’ll be using the company-provided van for deliveries

• Must provide proof of current driver’s license, MVR compliance and safe driving history (PLS NOTE: We run background checks on all new hires in this position)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout your shift

The Intercompany Courier / Driver transports a variety of deliveries between the corporate offices, restaurants, and vendors as needed, using company vehicle (proof of current driver’s license and MVR compliance required).

Essential Functions

• Safely transport in variable traffic, deliver and confirm accurate delivery of a variety of materials between the corporate offices, restaurants, and vendors according to schedule Maintain and provide proof of current driver’s license, MVR compliance and safe driving history
• Maintain adequate fuel levels, safe operation, security, cleanliness and preventative maintenance of company vehicle, and return keys at the end of each shift
• Maintain confidentiality of all company records and information
• Maintain accurate records as instructed including but not limited to weekly expense reports
• Record and report all accidents and parking and moving violations of all kinds
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Safely and effectively use and operate company vehicle and all necessary tools and equipment including but not limited to mobile phone
• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
• Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces

• Maintain proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Get along well with others and be a team player
• Other duties will be assigned as needed
