Salary - Up to £38,000 pa.

Contract - 48 Hours, 5 shifts, between Monday - Sunday. 

Here at Chotto Matte Soho, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious  Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be at the start of their management career and looking to help develop a team and establish high standards within service. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background and is a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including both guests and members of their team. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure.
