JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Tour Guide & Sales Associate
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Job Class: Hourly
Wine Retail Associate/Lead Tour Guide
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of wine varietals, regions and styles, at least 2 year of retail/service experience and excellent communication skills, especially verbal. The position requires extensive contact with the public in a variety of roles including sales, wine tour guide, guest education and hospitality. A confident and engaging personality, being at ease with any size groups of people and a passion for wine, food and music are qualities we are looking for. Prior tour guide/tourism experience a plus. This is a part time position (20-25 hrs/week) with potential for additional hours as needed. All applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Wine tour guides work Thursday-Sunday. If this person is looking for full time hours they can work with our host and events team as well.
