Description

City Winery strives to deliver the highest-end combined culinary and cultural experience to our customers who are passionate in sharing wine, music, and culinary arts. We are a unique facility, combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events in a variety of configurations, and fine dining. We have created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, and active cultural patrons—bringing the wine country experience to the middle of a large city.


We are proud to offer a safe workplace for our employees. In the interest of safety for all City Winery employees, the Company requires all employees to be fully vaccinated (defined as 1 completed dose of a 1-dose series or 2 completed doses of a 2-dose series of the COVID-19 vaccine), and encourage employees to receive their booster shot if eligible, unless due to a bona fide medical and/or sincerely held religious reason in which case a reasonable accommodation will be discussed unless it causes an undue hardship to City Winery. 


Position Summary:
Main point of contact for guests, both paid and comp’d, on all things ticketing, seating assignments, VinoFile and City Winery merchandise.

Duties include:
Correspondence with guests via phone and email.
Assist guests with seat changes.
Compile house and artist comps and arrange seating appropriately.
Selling walk up tickets and tickets to future shows
Compile list of VinoFile members in house to post at service stations for servers to tag member checks for rewards.
Troubleshooting with guests on ticketing purchases
Selling gift cards
Arranging special care of VIP’s, Investors, or other guests who may receive gratis food or drink
Updating the Walk up Ticket sales Google document as needed
Maintaining a neat and tidy Concierge booth
Adding guests to comp list that are submitted to concierge any other avenue than Magento
Populate and complete daily TILT log with appropriate attachments
Closing out and reconciling box office transactions
Executing show cancellations, data entry and or other unique tasks within the concierge scope as determined by the General Manager and or Box Office Management
